If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Please contact  Baby Bliss  Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Are there any products that are not eligible for return?

Yes. Products that affect secondary sales cannot be returned.

How long will it take to process my refund?
